Plans and Pricing
TrailHUB subscription tiers for for-profit and nonprofit organizations, with monthly and annual prices and the features included in each.
Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial; no plan is needed to sign up and build your first trail system. When the trial ends, choose a plan in User Settings → Billing. Trail systems without an active subscription are paused until a plan is purchased.
There are two price lists with matching tiers: standard rates for for-profit organizations (Square, Diamond, Double Diamond) and reduced rates for nonprofits (Circle, Triangle, Star). Pay monthly or annually; annual billing is discounted compared with twelve monthly payments. Prices are in USD and may change; the current prices are always shown on trailhub.org and in the Billing panel.

There is no limit on the number of trustees you can invite to a trail system on any plan.
#API access
The Management API, with API keys created in User Settings → API Keys, is available to every trail manager on every plan, as is the public read API. The MCP server for AI assistants is built on the same API. See API keys. There is no separate API subscription.
